Some stories need a quiet afternoon. Others unfold slowly across a city, a coastline or an entire day. We begin with a conversation about who you are, what you are drawn to and how you would like these photographs to feel. From there, we shape an experience that feels personal, unhurried and true to you.
I take on a limited number of sessions each month, allowing every story the time and attention it deserves.

The experience
We begin with a conversation. Depending on the session, preparation may include concept development, a moodboard, wardrobe guidance, location research and a thoughtful plan for the day.
Portraits are gently directed when needed. Couples and weddings are given more room to breathe, with emotions and interactions leading the photographs. There is no pressure to perform.
Every frame is carefully reviewed. The strongest images are selected, colour-graded and gently retouched before being delivered in a private online gallery within two weeks.

Production & travel
Creative planning and styling guidance are included. For more developed productions, Koori can also arrange hair and makeup, wardrobe, stylists, studios, location permits and props. External costs and production support are quoted separately.
Travel to the first location within Melbourne is included. Time spent moving between agreed photography locations forms part of the booked experience. Travel and accommodation beyond Melbourne are quoted separately.
Commercial and creative commissions are also welcome by enquiry.

FAQ
Absolutely. Most people are not accustomed to being photographed. We will talk beforehand, and I will guide you gently whenever needed. You never need to arrive knowing how to pose.
Every gallery is different. Rather than limiting your story to a strict number, I deliver a complete, carefully curated collection. Your proposal will include an estimated image range based on the experience selected.
RAW and unedited files are not included. Every gallery is carefully curated to remove duplicates, test frames and images that do not meet my quality standards. If a particular moment feels missing, you are always welcome to ask and I will take another look.
Your complete gallery will be delivered within two weeks. Wedding clients will also receive a small preview within approximately 48 hours.
For outdoor portraits, couples and pre-weddings, we will review the forecast together. If the weather is unsafe or unsuitable for the agreed concept, the session may be rescheduled once without an additional fee.
Portrait, couple and pre-wedding sessions may be rescheduled once when at least seven days' notice is provided, subject to availability. Wedding date changes depend on Koori's availability and may require an updated proposal.
Yes. I am based in Melbourne and available wherever the story takes us. Travel within Melbourne is included. Transport, accommodation and other necessary costs beyond Melbourne are quoted separately.
